You'll have to go through virtually the same paper work as a mortgage, unless it is through the same lender.

The same as when you purchased. last months pay stubs for all borrowers and last 3 bank statements as well as reserve accounts IRA-401K etc. Last 2 years tax returns, appraisal (unless streamlining FHA VA) Credit report and sign documents by all borrowers. Title report and then close the loan once fully underwritten
