Question: Post office 3 year index-linked saving certificates cash in or leave for 3 more years?

Hello My NS &I index linked saving certificate is coming to the end of its 3 year term (15k) can it do better elsewhere without risk or should i leave it for 3 more years What do you think.

The best rate I've found is Nationwide Building Society which is about 4.7% if you tie it up for 3 years. I don't know what the post office rate is at the moment but if it's index linked and you think that rates are going to rise (which is what a lot of people say) then you'd be better off staying with the Post Office.
