Check your original loan contract for any prepayment or loan termination fees, then call any lender for a refinance car loan.

Go to a bank, or to one of the car lenders who advertise on the net & tell them what you want to do. They'll tell you what you have to do & whether you & the car qualify.

Call the bank that currently holds your loan on the car. They are the ones who should be able to give you the best deal on it (usually). Otherwise you would need to shop around for a bank/ lender that is willing to refinance your car.
