What options do I have since our value of our house has decreased? What banks do you trust to refinace with?

You may not qualify for the relief program and thats OK but what about a normal refinance? If your score is over 620 you have a chance... if your score is over 680 then this should be a no brainer and if you live in the SouthEast you need to contact me and I may be able to assist you further.

Only your current lender can do this for you. Sorry but the Fannie/ Freddie deal is for those who have their laons and can do it at 125% of the value. I am a mortgage banker in TN
