I need to consolidate my home loans?
I need a lower rate on my first and second mortgage,It will be a hardship loan,for I have gone thirty days behind at one time. There has to be something for someone like me,I will lose my home with no help,I need phone numbers to speak to people,I" m having no results over the computer.
Are there any home loans that don't require you to have credit?
I have never bought anything on credit so I don't have any credit built up. I have recently been looking into purchasing a house, but I have no credit. Are there any mortgages available that do not require credit?
Can we qualify for a home loan?
My husband had a wonderful job that had two major layoffs in one year. The second time the company went to a skeleton crew and he was laid off. He has been in college since then to advance his degree and get his CPA. He works full time also as a manager at Auto Zone. The bank we were working with before the layoff has a 2 yr same job work history requirement. I do not work outside the home. His credit is near perfect, we have little debt. Is there any bank that is more lenient on home loans. This will be our first home to own. He is also ex Navy with 7 yrs good service. I dont know what else to include here, we are a bit discouraged.
