If you do ... it's going to be on terrible terms. You'll have to pay a higher interest rate and they will require more money down most likely.

You may need to improve your credit a bit or pay higher interest rates. That said, you can get a hard money lender, peer lender or ask the owner to carry the note for a year until you can qualify for a mortgage.

Possibly, but any loan you are going to find isn't going to provide very good terms with that credit score. I would get a copy of your credit report and dispute any items on there that aren't legitimate in an attempt to raise your score and increase your chances of getting a loan.
